Roslinda @ Zakiah Kangan holds a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition from Universiti Malaysia Sabah and a Master of Science in Public Health from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. She has over 20 years of experience as a nutritionist with the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), including 18 years working at the community level through health clinics and district health offices.
She currently serves as the Head of Sector for Obesity Control and Prevention of Nutrition-Related Non-Communicable Diseases in the Nutrition Division, MOH, based in Putrajaya. In her role, she supports the development and coordination of national strategies to address obesity and nutrition-related NCDs. Her work involves contributing to policy planning, supporting community and national-level programs, and collaborating with various government and non-government stakeholders.
