World Obesity Day (WOD) 2023 which is celebrated every 4th of March is just around the corner.
In support of campaigns for WOD 2023, the Malaysian Association for the Study of Obesity (MASO) is organizing Obesity Week Malaysia 2023 (OWM 2023). After the success of organizing a hybrid event last year, OWM 2023 will bring you two online activities open for both the public and health professionals.
MASO is thrilled to announce the 7-Day Exercise Challenge, kicking off on 5 - 11 March 2023.
Participation is voluntary, simple, and free. Also, it's for a good cause: Your health!
All you need to join is a fitness watch and a smartphone (iOS or Android), and you can sign up today! Complete a 7-day challenge by logging your exercise activities (any type!) and those with the highest accumulated minutes at the end of the week will stand a chance to win prizes.
